Small mechanical fan.

You can print the blade in either TPU or PLA/PETG. If you use TPU, the thicker blade STL works better. I used .16 layer height for the blades. All other parts were .20 to .24 depending on my mood.

I wound up using superglue to hold certain parts together- such as "Pin.stl" that connects the blade base/cap to "frontgear1.stl". I also put a dab of glue on the crank arm, and a bit of glue on the blade itself to keep it slid at its "highest" point in the cap. It moves the most air in this position.

I am still currently just holding the gearbox halves together while I use it, it would be best to glue it shut as well if constantly opening it and checking out the gears doesn't interest you :)

The gears work alot smoother with a bit of lubricant. You may need to sand/polish "frontgear1" a bit if the fit is too snug in the case.
