Mechanical Ring

Hello, My name is Roham Moradifard. I am a student at Arak University, Iran. I study mechanic engineering and I really like to see something that has a symptom of my future work. So at first, I wanted to redesign somethings else like a coin or a dice, I decided to redesign a coin because I was Under the influence of the movie (Hunter-Killer), But my challenge was to design something that I can see every time and I Didn't want to repeat that, I wanted to redesign a new thing, So I decided to design Ring. After that, I looked at some videos on Youtube. in those videos, I saw some Ideas about a ring with lights and some electrical parts like Diode. In the video I saw the man-made his ring by using some tools like Lathe tool, So I decided to use stainless steel as a material and use small screws and gears as mechanical elements in it and use Resin to protect these elements. After a few days saw this challenge on GrabCad, So I decided to redesign it again to make it appropriate for 3D Printing, for example, I removed some thread on screws. Because I wanted to prepare it for the FDM method.
