This is the blaster used by the video game character Mega Man from the Super Nintendo game, Mega Man X.
Well, at least this is my interpretation.
I have included pictures of the 3D render, the .STL, and also the Microsoft 3D Builder .3MF file for you to tweak. Just click on the blaster and on the right hand side click ungroup and go from there.
