mega mount for kossel linear plus

This is a mount that will attach a microswiss all-metal hotend upgrade kit for the Creality CR-10 to the Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus delta printer. It attaches to the factory effector plate and allows you to drive the filament with a zesty nimble extruder. A blower fan is fitted on the side with case fan screws to cool the hotend. The vented air can be directed to cool filament below with a duct, which slides in and is secured by tiny neodymium magnets (0.25in x 0.06in). Finally, you can attach a BLTouch probe right up front. This effector has everything and is far better than my previous attempts at designing a good effector setup for this delta.
