Starting from a rectangular panel 1 inch thick, 22x7". Using already familiar combination Voronoi+T-pipe. Different parameters give different cell panels. Common for all panels is that they consist of many bodies (from the CADs point of view). An attempt automatic merging of bodies leads to unsatisfactory and unpredictable results. Sequential manual association gives better results. But sometimes the body can not unite. With a large number of bodies the union takes time. Possible cause overlapping Voronoi cells, which results in problems at the cell boundaries.
