MESHTASTIC Wio Tracker L1 case

This is a case designed for the Seeed Wio Tracker L1 specifically with a meshnology 3000mah battery. Largest battery dimensions that will fit are 61mm x 50mmx7mm.

Screw size is 2.5 mm 5 are needed 4 on the back and one for the front.

I recommend printing the case front and back face up and support under. It will use more support but the small features will print better.

For the front knob on the joy stick because of the very small hole size needed it may not fit right off the printer for this a drill bit can be used Or I like to use a 2.5 mm hex heated up then pushed into the hole then while the plastic is still soft push it over the joystick for a perfect fit. Last step is to trim off whatever material pushed out the bottom to ensure the joystick will click.
