I wanted to convert my HyberCube Evo from rods to rails without having to reinvent the chassis, I found JMack's design and used it for inspiration. JMack's parts were nice and simple, but a little lightweight for my taste. I lean more towards beefier parts, rather than shaving down on weight.
I tried to design around commonly used screw lengths, that you should have laying around if you built your HyperCube, but I'm too disorganized to keep track of which goes where. I made use of the hated 5mm long threaded inserts on the carriage, but elsewhere is designed for m3 nuts.
The reinforcing sleeves are to prevent any flexing when you tighten down the screws holding the X Rail into the Y Carriages, insert them into the recess for the screw on the rail before sliding the end into the carriage.
For the Pulley Bracket and Belt Clamp, just mirror the parts for the opposite sides.
I also included my Y-Endstop mount which can be mounted inside or outside of the frame, but I am certain
