Micro SD storage with cap

I liked the compactness of [3 Micro SD](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1748452) and especially the [6 Micro SD wallet storage with cap](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1791115), but if you particularly want a case to hold 4 cards, then you've come to the right Thing. I also remixed a matching cap, but the cards fit snuggly enough that I've never printed it.

I remixed [Micro SD wallet storage with cap](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1791115). Since micro SD cards are so small, the tolerances are pretty tight; too tight for me to easily pull out the SD cards. Rather than adjust the model, I adjusted the slicer settings. It took three tries to get the friction perfect. For my PLA prints, in Cura, I used a **Horizontal Expansion** value of **-0.055mm**.
