Micro Wing Pod

** UPDATE: v13 is complete and ready to maiden. Only concern is CG... right now it's a bit aft of where I'd like it. Will try it and see... may be able to lighten the rear by removing the paper on the foamboard. Otherwise, Need to design a longer nose... which wouldn't be a bad thing as the room for a battery is tight.

** UPDATE: v20 files include top hatch latch mechanism (= paperclip bent just right) as well as some fillets to reinforce the FC mounting posts.

Prototype of a micro wing pod. Basically just print the pod and then draw up your favourite wing and stick them together.

Printed with 5% support material density and thin infil otherwise.... keep it light. Support material is tough to get out - you'll need some long needle nose pliers. But it's worth it to have a unibody result.
