These are some upgrades I made for my Micromake D1 delta printer.
First, two overhanging spoolholders corresponding to 1Kg and 450g spools (nylon for example). They works fine !
Secondly, a bed holder adapted to the micromake D1. This is a remix I modified to not block the printer head on the periphery of the bed. I have put 4 of them, 2 up, 2 down. You can use the extra screws from the kit (shorts M3 and M4). It will give the ability to remove the glass bed in 2 seconds to change the rubber or take of a print.
Thirdly, a simple wire bearing for the printer head to attach the wires regardless the PFE tube. I use mirror double sided rubber to fix it.
Print best with 0.2 layer and 15-20% infill to ensure rigidity, PLA.
I use Repetier Host version 1.6.2 to run this printer. Unfortunately last version 2.0.1 really doesn't work with it.
