Case for MicroSD cardreader, known as catalex.

It is mounted on the 2040 frame.
Designed for Ender 3 to mount on the left.
Do not overtighten!

For get it to work on Ender 3 with stock graphical LCD display and running Marlin 1.1.9 on MKS Gen L V1.0 you'll have to add the 2 lines at the end of

pins_MKS_GEN_L.h
