I spent to much time designing this. I wanted a compact mount for my old Surface Pro 4 to sit on the edge of my gaming table. The old tablet has been perfect for running D&D Sessions. The table edge was only 120mm, so the kick stand wasn't much help. This stand is to hold the Surface in a more vertical orientation on a table or counter, so it may be utilized in tablet mode. It allows for almost the full range of motion from the kickstand. There is a cutout on the back to slot in the power supply, and an integrated slot for the Velcro strap to tie off the excess cord. The USB charging port on the power supply remains accessible. It is compatible with the Surface Type Cover, however I use a small Bluetooth keyboard myself due to the space constraints where I have it sitting. The stand is primarily three parts, two of witch (the stand, and locking key) contain sub assemblies for the decorate Microsoft logo, so they may be printed in a separate color if desired.
