Midi Foot Controller

I took Amplivibe's design and made some modifications:

1) I removed the DC jack because I want to use phantom power
2) I removed the second midi jack
3) I made the Adruino mount pegs wider at the bottom so they wouldn't snap off so easily
4) I made the support beams lower so a USB cable can be inserted when the Adruino is mounted
5) I embedded the LED strip to the front panel and added screw holes
