This innovative heat exchanger uses 3D printing to produce a thin heat exchanger geometry by superimposing and interweaving the different thermal layers, cold and hot. The result is a heat exchanger with an extremely large front surface area. Its compact design makes it a versatile element. The internal structure is reinforced by small-diameter micro-rods Thanks to its low thickness and integrated stacking system, the heat exchangers can be stacked on top of each other to increase final heat dissipation. Dissociation of the various exchangers facilitates maintenance, since in the event of a local problem on one of them, only the exchanger in question can be changed. Similarly, in the event of extreme emergency, only the damaged exchanger can be removed, so that operation can continue with just one less exchanger in “degraded” mode. Functionality is thus preserved. The face-to-face correspondence of the connectors enables convenient maintenance. Internal flows are optimized thanks to different cross-sectional openings that even out the flow for maximum conduction. Thanks in advance if you decide to leave a “like”. ☺
