Millenium Puzzle

Our puzzle was inspired by the Yu-gi-oh millenium puzzle, with a triangle theme as the intent. We used a lock pin as the challenge to our puzzle as in order to complete the assembly you have to lock the pin into all the other parts creating a lock. The other challenge of our puzzle was to input the pieces in the correct orientation as there is a specific way to input the pieces.

The challenge we had designing this puzzle was making the puzzle easy to understand, but not too simple. We did his by making it clear where the pieces should fit into. To make our puzzle pieces easier to maneuver. The first time we printed our piece, the puzzle's tolerance was not enough and the pieces were difficult to assemble. We fixed this by adjusting the tolerance and calibrating and redesigning our pieces to be more user-friendly.
