Mini Modular Sub

Here is a challenge!! I was playing around with just the idea that that one could make a mini sub modular so that it was more production orientated. So if you think you can add to the idea, maybe as a group of “mad engineers and designers”, we may actually design something that could work. The file contains a SolidWorks 2010 format, I do not any longer have 2010 (the company I did work for would not let me keep their version) so would someone please download it and create a step file for others.
