You're here if you want:
- minimalistic design
- small footprint
- fast print (less than 7 hours)
- virtually support-free
- can be customized to any light socket by customizing one file
- does not require you to cut any wires to run power to the socket
- neat ambilight/bias lighting addition
Made it for Yeelight 1S YLDP13YL smart LED bulb, but should work with any E26/E27 bulb.
Use only LED bulbs, because other types will be too hot in this design.
The light socket I got off Amazon. Brand: Swpeet
June 22: Added a wall mount.
April 11: I have added a Base (Merged) file which consists of the insert piece fused directly to the base. This should minimize post work for the diffusion cover to fit. I'm leaving both versions up for download for outlier situations where you may prefer a 4-piece (e.g. different color insert than base) over a 3-piece design.
