Mini Switch Cover

This a rework number 4 of the Toggle Switch cover found on here. The files come from http://sallyengineering.weebly.com/

I added in a angled block to allow for when the cover is closed it will flip the switch.
Printed with 100% fill and .2 mm layers. (I need a better cooling for smaller parts.)

This is a cover for a small switch like the one found on Digikey.
2M1-SP1-T1-B1-M2QE (Digikey # 432-1168-ND)

Have not found a good screw to hold the hinge, but thinking a very small tapered screw would work best on this one or a #2-56 might be small enough.

The screws I finally used were a couple of #2-56. I used a 5/64" drill bit to clean out the holes. (Digikey # H701-ND)

Made the hole for the switch smaller than required to be usable on multiple different switches. So you may have to drill out the hole for your switch type.
