Missing tail for Technics Head Shell

Just a tail for the technics head shell found here:

You need a drill to drill the holes for the 4 pins that you have to procure and insert into the 4 holes, and then add wires from the 4 pins to the cartridge.
Also insert a 1mm diameter round pin in the hole for centering the headshell into the tonearm.
