The handle part should screw into the hammer's head pretty nicely, but you may want to enforce all screw-in parts with some cyanoacrylate glue if you dont want it to come out. The entire build should take a full spool of filament (or a little more) according to my slicer estimate. I redesigned the handle to screw together in separate pieces, and included the Sketchup file for those who want to modify it or fix stuff. The entire build should actually fit onto a 220mm x220mm build space - if not, the STL files for the handle and the head are included so you can print them separately, and with different colors if you wish. I did a test print of the screw-in sections and it worked very nicely, they hold together very tightly even without glue.... Skol!
