I made this specially for upgrading my Tronxy X1 to a dual extrusion printer with a MKS Base V1.6 controller board, but I think this should also be backward compatible with V1.5, 1.4 and so on.
Bottom case:
You need M3 screws of 5-6mm lengths to secure the board to the bottom case.
Top cover:
The top cover includes M3 screw holes for either a 30mm or 40mm cooler fan (in the pictures, I'm using a 40mm fan). You need to choose the correct M3 screw lengths: 12mm for 30mm fan, or 15mm for 40mm fan. The top cover features a snap-on closure without needing screws. It fitted very nicely straight out of print for my case. You might need a small screw driver to help pry open.
Caution:
The "finger nail slots" are handy only for hands with strong finger nails. To avoid injury, I recommend to just use a flat screw driver to pry open the top cover.
Note:
Actually, the "finger nail slots" were meant for the cable connecting to the MKS TFT32 Touch Screen that came with my MKS Base
