The bin can be hung on any table or plank. The bin is fully parameterized! To change the scale, you should open the .f3d file with Fusion 360. Then go to Solid > Modify > Change Parameters. Both parts can be printed without supports. However, for "Trash bin.stl" you might want to use variable layer height to reduce the layer height on the overhanging part!
