Model Rocket Aiming Platform

Adjustable Model Rocket Aiming Platform.
Unless it's a windless day, you never want to launch a rocket straight up. This add-on aiming platform attaches to almost any fixed launchpad.
Use a narrow screw from under the launchpad, upwards into the aiming platform's base.
Insert your metal rod into the centre hole on top of the new aiming platform (you may have to drill for size).
I include a wingnut for an 11mm nut, because that's what I needed, but you'll have to select your own hardware for the hinge point.
I also added a 150mm (6") metal disk, with a 3mm (1/8") hole in the centre, on top of the platform, as a blast shield.
