modified folgertech pulley

i needed to replace the bearings on one of the pulleys on my printer, but the only kind i had on hand were some flanged bearings i had ordered that were wrong for the particular part. even though i went ahead and ordered the correct bearings, i decided to redesign the pulley to use these bearings. i used a monoprice mini pro to print these, and they have a nice snug fit.
