Modified Spool/Roller Holder

My issue was the sleeve and the spool of filament keep working their way off the roller holder.
This original roller system almost worked too good. I caught several rolls about 1/2 off, roller sleeve included and on one longer unattended print the filament spool actually worked its way completely off and fell on the floor. The problem is the flange on the end isn't high enough to stop them from working their way off after several rotations. Perhaps my bench is slightly off level towards the back...I don't think so! I could have just bent the whole spool holder up so gravity would hold the spools and roller on, but that seemed wrong.

I took the original holder and added a larger flange to the end, which then created an issue of getting the sleeve on. So I then reduced the size of the flange on the threaded end. This allows you to
