Modular Bottom Riser for Storage Compartment

I needed a practical solution to the issue of water occasionally seeping into a storage compartment, which often results in stored items like cloths becoming wet. The bottom riser lifts the contents 2 cm above the compartment floor, keeping them dry and protected from moisture.The system is modular, consisting of individual segments measuring 20 cm wide and 23 cm deep, allowing easy customization to fit different compartment sizes. The segments connect using a snap-fit mechanism, enabling quick assembly and disassembly without tools. To ensure a clean and functional finish, two special end pieces have been designed:One with male connectorsOne with female connectorsThe underside of each segment features cutouts that allow water to freely pass underneath the platform toward the existing drainage points in the compartment floor. This ensures that the water flow is not obstructed and drainage functionality is fully maintained.
