Here for your extruding amusement is a 2x4 wood screw down mount for the excellent modular system designed by yyh1002. I'll add more add-on accessories as we go along but currently you've got a base mount for a dimensional 2x4 piece of lumber and the extrapolated bolt portion of the mounting bracket for re-use in your own project.

UPDATE 2018/03/24: Added in a half height 2x4 mounting bracket. I immediately realized upon printing that there wasn't any room on the bench top for a full bracket. That should also fit a piece of 2x2 dimensional lumber.
