There are plenty of modular paint racks on here, but I really liked the ProAcryl one from carstig.
I wanted it a little thicker and a had some larger bottles I wanted to put in it. As I was creating it I realized I could double the feet up and have some back-to-back paints for easy storage as it fits nicely into my bookshelf.
I included a picture of the bottle sizes that fit in the slots I've currently designed. I also included a single high side option.
