Monoprice Maker Select Plus Inductive Bed Sensor Bracket

This offers a way to mount an inductive bed probe on the Monoprice Maker Select Plus / Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus printer.

This assumes you have already installed a part cooling solution which frees up the mounting point for the front cooling fan.

I use this to mount an [inductive probe](https://goo.gl/VeuAW3), and I'm using a modified version of the ADVi3++ firmware on the printer.
