This is a 3D-printed CO₂ dragster with a motorcycle-style design. It was originally built and tested in a summer camp class and works well. It’s made to fit a standard Pitsco CO₂ cartridge—about 19mm (3/4") wide and 64mm (2-1/2") long. There are two small holes on the bottom so you can run a guide string through it, which helps keep it straight. The axle holes are 4mm, even though the actual axle rods are 3mm. That little bit of extra space makes the wheels spin more easily with less friction. The model was printed in PLA, but PETG works too if you want something a bit tougher.I’ll include links to everything you need, like wheels, axles, and cartridges. **Minor Sanding may be needed for best results ** **NOTE DO NOT CHANGE ANY PRINT SETTINGS**They have been optimized to have the highest quality print **Links and a guide to assembly are attached below.** Thanks to my friend Carter for designing this.
