This is a 3D-printed CO₂ dragster with a pod racer–inspired design. It was built for racing and tested in a summer camp class, and it performs really well. It’s designed to fit a standard Pitsco CO₂ cartridge—about 19mm (3/4") wide and 64mm (2-1/2") long. There are two small holes underneath for a guide string, which helps keep it straight during runs. The axle holes are 4mm across, while the axles themselves are 3mm thick. That bit of extra space helps reduce friction and lets the wheels spin smoothly. The model was printed in PLA, but PETG works too. It works with different axle lengths, but the 2-1/2" ones fit this design best. It’s compatible with Pitsco GT-RX or LX wheels. In testing, it ran 40 feet in 0.817 seconds. **Links and a guide to assembly are attached below** Thanks to my friend Carter for designing this.
