Mould for inline method feeder

A relatively quick hack that you can use as a mould for [lew597's method feeder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:903788), which caught me two nice fish upon its very first use.

There is a print-in-place push-out button which you can use to loosen sticky bait from the mould.

Print with max. 15% infill.
