I wanted to add drag chain to my mpcnc, the mount I downloaded sits a little to low and almost binds the cheap chain I had, so I made this mount to raise the upper location on the z carriage about an inch and a half overall. The mounting holes for the chain ends are for the open 10x30 chain I found on amazon. I made this for my own build so you may need to modify the hole locations to suit your chain.
