I was making end caps for my printer and decided I could just extrude the design and I would have legs that I could use to raise the printer off the table to get better air circulation.
These are basic legs that fasten over the bottom caps. First remove the 4 M3 metric screws holding the bases on to the printer and using 10mm M3 bolts (as replacements) tighten the new legs on. I use silicone bumpers to act as dampers underneath.
My Calipers are only accurate to 0.1mm so I designed the piece to fit my measurements of the aluminum extrusion. Hopefully this will be accurate enough across printers. You may need to resize slightly to fit your machine depending upon its size calibration. I have included a test STL that is just a slice of the original if you want to print it first for sizing purposes.
