This is a mountain bike pedal that is 3D printable without supports. I made a set for my bike. I use M3 10mm bolts and nuts for grip but 8mm bolts could work too. The pedals are super grippy and pretty rigid.

To make these pedals you will will need to buy a donor set of pedals for the axles and bearings. I went to my local Canadian Tire and picked up a pair of CCM pedals for about 10 dollars. The donor pedals I used looked like the ones in the link below, but if these don't work, let me know.

I would recommend using an engineering filament. Perhaps ASA or Carbon fiber/glass filled nylon. I printed mine in PETG and ending up breaking them after a hard landing. print with at least 70 percent infill.
