multi directional hinge

This is a simple design of a hinge which can rotated and oscillated as well. Hinge is made such that it can be locked for both of its motions. It can be used in doors and windows; sign boards and lights can be locked in different positions. I don't know if such design exists but this one is made by me. It can be made as a whole(assembely) by SLS.
