Multiboard Tentacle Base

This is a [Multiboard](https://www.multiboard.io/) snap that provides a [Tentacle System](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6456655) base. It prints without supports.

The Tentacle System allows you to create ad hoc stands and holders using a variety of connectors and holders. This part lets you attach those ad hoc stands to a Multiboard.
