MZDPI 2.8" raspberry zero touchscreen case

I needed a small case for the MZDPI Pi zero touchscreen, so I designed one. I use it to display HomeAssistant interface in Chromium kiosk browser beside my thermostat.
It's a really nice screen: 640x480, no PCB bezel, perfectly fits a Pi zero on the back side. Only downside is that the touchscreen is resistive.
