Nail Hinge

Made to use a small nail (20mm long, ~1.62 mm thick, or 16 gauge (US)) but can easily be adjusted for other sizes using a boolean. As-is, if it is a bit small, just heat up the nail you are using before inserting it.

Brand of nail I am using: FasnTite Finishing wire nails 16x3/4"

It is printed in one go at its 22.5 degree angle, and a small streak of filament locks it together so you can insert the nail easily. Then bring in a razor and cut the filament. I use 0.8 nozzles as much as possible, so this is designed for that (~0.32 layer height)

I mean it to be a tool for other projects. Like inserting it into cardboard panels, or the like.

Do not bother me about cad files or adjusting the file for you, I'm a self-trained amateur, you can figure it out too.
