Naval Themed Spinner Pointer

I used the arrow from Board Game Spinner Arrow by MRKPMNTL with a larger base, then added the Compass Rose from Compass Rose 1 by Paintwarn, and lastly added the sloop from Cooptread's Human fleet. I added index features and left the pointer, base, and compass rose as separate pieces so they could easily be printed in different colors for those that do not want to paint the finished piece.

This is designed to spin ok, but then to also to remain in place reasonably well, so it can be used as a pointer. For Black Spot and Black Spot FantaSea you spin it at the beginning of the game only to determine the initial wind direction, and then each round afterward, you adjust it only if the wind direction changes.
