Nerf Rival Apollo Pump Kit Split Primer Arms

This is a version of the priming bars split in half with a joint in between and laid flat for printing on smaller printers. Layer lines should also be stronger in this orientation. However, the joint location is a new potential weak point and may need reinforcement and revision. Joint may also need wider tolerance to fit without sanding. May need an additional reinforcement part I might design in the future.
