Tweaked Nerf Rival Apollo Rail

Tweaked version of the rail with a 1.5% scale up for a tighter fit and with small registration pegs on the bottom to help align and glue the rail to the side of the Apollo on the flat spot with the holes. Not a snap fit but the dimensions are good.

Scaling the part again for an even tighter rail fit would result in the pegs no longer aligning (obviously)
