Modified parts for Makerbot's Noisemaker.
Clicker: Generated separate .stl files for dual extruders. Cut corners of gear-facing end to prevent jamming between body arms. As requested, there is now also a generic version of the clicker.
Body: Added sound holes to increase noise and reduce weight/material. Also added an un-branded version.
Gear: Removed key notch from top of gear, enlarged center hole, added key to center.
Handle: Extended solid part of shaft before slot begins; tapered slot wider for gear key clearance.
