I got the idea for this project from Rakuron's work in progress.

It didn't make sense to have to print the whole jaw set with 100% infill only to cut away what you didn't need on the lathe. I have included the Fusion 360 file so that you can modify the model to make jaws sized for your specific needs. This method will allow you to print the jaw set with less infill and save on filament.

I took a lot of test prints, but I was able to successfully add the curved alignment guide on the back of each jaw. Between this guide and the chamfered screw holes, the jaws mount perfectly everytime!

I've included only one STL file. Printing a set of four of these will hold a cylinder between 2.1" and 2.7" in diameter on your Nova chuck. Or, at least that's what I get on my SuperNova2 chuck.

Added another set of Jaws that I needed to grabs a smaller circumference. I printed the yellow jaws with PETG using 4 shells and 50% infill. They are strong!
