I bought some Onforu 35 watt LED flood lights to use as work lights for projects around my house and for working on my car. These lights have a heavy metal case and a tempered glass front. I was a little worried about breaking the glass if stuff falls on these, so I designed this front protector. It slips over the front of the light, and the two tabs have holes that match the mounting loop pivot holes. I made a 7 mm hole for a 6 mm bolt, if you want to use the split washer, you'll have to drill out the hole a little.

I print these in eSun PETG at 240C, 1 perimeter and 1 shell and 20% fill. One takes about 16 meters of filament. I print one on a glass plate sprayed with hair spray, then when the print is finished I swap out the glass plate and let the hot one cool. The difference in CTE between the glass and the PETG causes the part to pop free on its on after a few hours of cooling.
