OpenOptics is an open source alternative to research grade optical components suited towards high schools, undergraduates, graduate students, demonstrations, and hobbyists looking to teach, build, and construct optics and engineering.
These bases can be printed out of any material, and form a rigid platform to mount posts, post holders, motors, bearings etc. They can be attached to 80/20 frames and are highly configurable.
