P Weight for Backplate or Variable P-Weight

I made this Model in Fusion 360 and is a Positive to do a foundry mold for casting lead by your own :)

The one file is a 40 cm block the other a 10 cm block (to make custom weight)
Both require a stainless steel bar to mount on the backplate ( 22 mm wide and 400 mm long )
