Originally made for the itiwit Paddle 4-Part from Decathlon (https://www.decathlon.nl/p/demonteerbare-kajakpeddel-4-delig-100-oranje/_/R-p-149021?mc=8387573&c=ORANJE).
But it should work with tubes of 28 mm.

The rings are holded with two m4, 5mm long Grub screw (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32865464785.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dNteFND)
