Replacement support for a 65mm diameter palm router.
The body is printed in PETG with a 0.2mm layer height and 6 side, top, and bottom layers. It has 25% gyro-shaped infill and supports.
The wheel is printed in TPU with a 0.2mm layer height, 4 side, top, and bottom layers. It has 25% infill and no supports.
- I used a rivnut for the M6 thread.
- I used a 3mm nail to attach the height adjustment wheel.
- I used a bicycle seat clamp for the snap-on closure.
I hope this helps. Best regards.
