parametric bitfan

Denise Lee's "OpenSCAD Turbine Propeller Generator (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2187837/)
adapted for experimental use as a bitfan (idea by the folks at https://othermachine.co/). Theoretically this could be used for endmills of any diameter.
